Recycle-Film-Learn, Camden 2010

RFL Temp Logo

RFL is an exciting new project for children at schools across the London Borough of Camden. The project was set up to educate young people and the wider community about the new recycling services being rolled out across the borough from June 2010.

In March 2010 all schools were invited to submit films which celebrated recycling, reducing and re-using. The schools were encouraged to look at how they recycle and how the new service will make the Camden a greener place.

The schools were mentored by Barry Ferns and Team from  the London Borough of Camden Recycling Team. Schools that submitted films include Swiss Cottage School, Rhyl Primary School and La Saint Union.

All the films submitted will be shown at a special screening at the Everyman Theatre, Belsize Park in mid July.

The Together We Create Team was on hand to support Barry and his colleagues  setting up the project in the coordination of the film screening.
